The Audyssey has the crossover settings asFront: 80 HzCenter: 40 HzSurround: 150 HzSurrBack: 60 HzThe sub has a switch that's called 'Phase' that goes from 0 to 180 degrees. It also has Lowpass (Hz) dial that goes from 40-120. It also has a dial for gain from minimum to max.If someone can help me, I'm trying to find out what are the best settings for the best sound.Thank you for any help that can be given, I really appreciate it.

somewhere between 80hz(except the OWM3, just like the spec says, set it at 100) and the -3 point on your 4 crossovers. Cross the sub at 80. Leave phase alone. Set sub gain wherever the "gain in the receiver" ends up closest to 0 gain(-2 to +2 is close enough)

On the woof---

1)You can think of the phase as a time delay. The distance setting in the receiver (should be auto-set during Audyssey) covers this. So leave the phase control at 0(or wherever it was during the Audyssey process).

2)Turn the crossover to its highest point/bypass. The receiver is already filtering the signal sent to the subwoofer so there is no need to filter it again.

For the speakers,

1)I would definitely reset the center to 80hz. There is just no good reason to stress the center with such a deep crossover.

2)Experiment with all four surrounds at 100hz.

Also, subwoofer performance is largely dependent on placement. Corners tend to work well, preferably corners without any nearby openings into the room. If you do experiment with different sub placement be sure to rerun Audyssey with each move.
