Speaker settings for the Onkyo 605 (1 Viewer)

I used to have an Onkyo 701 and I had to set all the speaker settings to a flat 60,80,100 or 120. Now, I have control to set each speaker independantly from FULL BAND, 40....all the way up to 200 and am wondering where to find the info to use to make this setting? In my speaker manuals the most likely are: Overall Frequency Response, -3db Limits or Crossover Slope. My question is which one of these gives me the info I need and how to apply it best? Thanks.

You need to tell us what speakers you are using, since these settings are dependent on the speaker's capability.
