HI there. I have a Denon 1803, and Jamo speakers. The speaker impedence rated on the reciever is 6 to 16 ohms.
My front and surround speakers are rated at 4 ohms, and the center is 8 ohms. Is it safe to use these speakers or
    will I damage my receiver?

    Thanx

    Shanil,

You should be OK if you give the amp plenty of breathing room and don't play at loud volumes for extended periods. I don't think you'll cause damage. Most likely your amp will overheat and the protection circuit will shut it down.
