I'm looking for a pair of speakers mains, I'm want to keep my center and surrounds which r magnapan's. I was told that paradigms would work. I want to spend around 1200

Any speaker "works"...timbre matching means you need more Maggie.
There are tons of MG, 3.6 etc all over Audiogon and Ebay.

So buy more Maggies...
Planar and "cone" don't mix, unless you are dealing with low frequency hand off(like Martin Logan and Apogee used to do).
Is there a reason "more Maggie" is off the table?

My fronts r close to 30yrs old and rather large looking save some space but keep the Maggie's center and surrounds. .
