Copies of the movie are out there. Maybe a lot the reviewers are on summer vacation?

More likely Uni simply hasn't sent review copies yet!
PS the date at the top is wrong. They clearly reused their old review from '15 and forgot to change the date.

Is this guy for real?
"The new 4K image is nothing short of perfection. Yes, there might be a few errors here and there, but considering the age of the film and what it looked like before – it’s amazing. I won’t document all of the usual things I say, trust me when I say that this looks marvelous."
It reminds me of the way Janet Maslin of the NYTimes used to write her reviews with built-in contradictions so they couldn't be excerpted in advertisements, for instance "The film would have been marvelous if it wasn't so slackly directed." Blu-Ray Authority indeed!
You’ve obviously missed the YouTube review, for which the first ten minutes discuss the packaging.
Thank You Mr. Harris. From my read, there are errors. But he doesn‘t tell us what they are.
PQ is ...Incredible and Tremendous ! Thanks Again Alex ! I have to wait a few more day's till mine arrives from Amazon. I will post my review. Spartacus is one of my top 5 Favorite Epics ever made. Here is a better review:

I missed the Youtube review on purpose, as I have a low tolerance for such things. I can skim a bunch of inanities about packaging if it's text, but I'm afraid to fast-forward through a spoken review as I'm concerned I might skip something important, though based on your description, the whole thing sounds worth skipping. You’ve obviously missed the YouTube review, for which the first ten minutes discuss the packaging.
