I love the topical show's these guys are putting together.

Last night's show was about old people driving cars and running down pedestrians. The town decides to revoke the drivers license of everyone above the age of 65.

This episode was quite funny starting off with the memorial to the victims of an accident that occurred the day before when an old person ran over and killed people in a farmers market setting. So as they are having the memorial another car driven by an old person comes plowing through.

The cars driving through the house chasing the kids and Stan's dad was great.

What I really enjoyed was when the AARP came into town. That was a great reference to the movie Red Dawn. Also the scene of the parents in the camp and Stan's dad asking the kids to avenge him. I was on the floor dieing.

    Great episode.

    Paul

So cool to see Red Dawn referenced in a main stream... well, referenced anywhere. I caught that immediately, and my wife was like.. what???

Did the voice actor for Cartman change.. he sounded different to me?

Another great episode. That's three in a row for them. I think last weeks episode was probably one of the best episodes ever. I'm surprised there is no thread about that. It was nice to see Grandpa back. It's been a long time since we've seen him. My favorite part was with the guy fishing and the Jaws-like music playing. You knew what was going to happen but the way it happened was funny as hell.

I am consistently amazed at the high quality of the new episodes. Not many shows are able to do this. It just gets better and better. I know they don't do as many shows in a season as other programs, but it's still impressive. I want more season sets now!

I agree last week's was a top 10 all time episode. The way it ended with Butters and Cartman was just fantastic.

Havent seen this one yet but last week I watched a South Park which was a parody of the LOTR(probably an old episode) but damn that has to be one of the funniest episodes of any show I have ever seen.

    My precious...

Yes, LOTR parody was great. Whenever they mentioned the porno, and all the men were like, "Oh God not that one!" And when Token came out of the house after watching it and was just "out". Of course the parents explaining things at the end to boys who hadn't even watched it. Too funny.

I love South Park, yet I sometimes forget they're running new episodes now, which was the case last night. I'll catch it eventually, if not on TV then when it comes out on DVD. I can't wait for season 3, though I'm really liking the more topical episodes from later seasons. The election spoof I thought was good, and nothing makes me laugh harder than Cartman in the stem cells episode.
