Creative labs has all these 5.1 soundcards like the Platinum 5.1, the MP3+ 5.1, the X-Gamer 5.1.
Is there any difference between them?

The Platnum comes with a front drive bay of connectors called the Live! Drive. And a large software bundle of audio editing tools.
The Gamer comes with a software bundle of a couple of games, and a few demos.
The MP3+ comes with encoding software for making MP3's etc.
Beyond that the boards are all identicle hardware wise, and you can buy the Live! Drive seperatly from creative.com if you ever have a need for one.
