Hello, I have a Denon 1909 that is hooked up via HDMI 1.3 to a Sony XBR 6. I have all (cable, Blu Ray) HDMI inputs running through the 1909. Monday night while watching Leno, the sound was off...in other words his lips were moving a second or so before the sound came out of the speakers. I switched to Letterman and all was OK. Back to Leno and I had the same problem.
I watched an episode of 24 prior and had no issues. Can you explain what may be going on? I have Time Warner cable HD, 5.1 Polk audio system.

Thank you.

The network, local affiliate or your cable company was having problems keeping the video and audio in synch. Since you switched to another digital channel and all was OK, that eliminated your equipment as the culprit. It happens to all of us. It was a common issue when I got my first HDTV 7 years ago.
