How do I hook up speakers in other rooms of my apartment to my stereo?

Just like with any other speakers: Run the wires between them and the receiver, and make the connections on both ends. That seems painfully obviously, so maybe I’m missing something...

I have a Denon AVR-1803, I have all the speaker outs being used for my home theater.

You could use a speaker switch box, but since you said “rooms,” it’s probably best to connect the speakers to a second multi-channel amp. The amp would be fed by the receiver’s L/R pre outputs (assuming it has some).
