Am I the only one that seems to have sore eyes while watching SD on a Digital TV? I also had the same problem watching Video-Cds years ago. Everyone else I know seems to be fine.

What kind of TV? How large?

Maybe your TV is too bright...calibrating with Avia or just turning down the contrast could help.

Of course, my SD cable reception is awful...my eyes get tired squinting at the massively grainy and soft image. [IMG]

But what kind of sets? LCD? DLP? Direct-view CRT? All of them?

You probably have light sensitivity of some sort, or you developed an allergy to 60hz flicker! Do you experience the same symptoms when looking at computer monitors with 60 hz refresh rate?
