Sony ZA1100ES firmware upgrade via RS232C (1 Viewer)

I am having issue with Sony ZA1100ES receiver,

After an attempt to perform internet firmware upgrade it eventually stuck at 19%. Turning receiver off and then on does not help, since after turning it on it restarts update and eventually stucks at 19% again.

Power or factory reset is also unsuccessful, I am unable to turn receiver off or reset it by holding power button for 5-10 seconds

Any idea on what software needed to perform firmware reflash via rs232c port. What software tool and what type of the cable?

I'm afraid I don't know of any software that will let you do that. Have you contacted Sony or a Sony dealer already?

I emailed 4 days ago for support but nobody replied.
Maybe some engineering combination keys could help to kick out receiver out of update loop?
Anyone has a service manual for ZA1100ES?
