Sony to release Rudy on Blu-ray September 9th (1 Viewer)

No word on extras yet. I do own Rudy: Deluxe Edition on DVD, but if it includes the original theatrical trailer (in 1080p) and hopefully more bonus materials, and a good high-def transfer, this will be purchase.

that is strange, I am not one on extras but I do want to see all the trailers available for a film included and in HD

this is a must buy for me, I love this movie for many reasons, not the least of which is Goldsmith's amazing score

As long as the transfer is awsum I will be all over this title as soon as it comes out. I really love this film and have not even gotten around to owning it on DVD yet. I would love to own this move and With Honors as well.

Damn.

I haven’t purchased any Sony Blu-rays yet, so I wasn't aware of this. Someone needs to bug them about this. I hope that will change whenever "The Freshman" gets a Blu-ray release.
