Sony STR DN1080 Issue. (1 Viewer)

I just replaced my old Sony STR DN1080 with an identical replacement (old one was damaged in a lightning strike).
When I play Dolby 7.1 Test Videos from Youtube - everything works fine - left channel/right channel, surround, etc. Sound moves around the room as expected - sub woofer is fine - in short, everything is working.
When I run the AutoCalibration test - after the initial tones are heard - I get E35 errors (no speaker located) on all of the speakers. Any id

Did you place the microphone in the prime listening position (and plug it in)?

Youtube is two channel, so despite claims there are no 7.1 test videos there.
