Has anyone bought anything at the Sony outlet stores? I am looking to get a 32" Wega, maybe XBR, later this year and I heard that there is one in Woodbury Commons, about 45 min from me. I believe they are refurbished TVs. I know they come with a warranty, but I am wondering what the prices are like and if anyone has had trouble with things bought there. Thanks very much!

As you mentioned they sell mostly refurbished stuff. They were the first place to sell the Grand Wega for $6999. If I were you I would buy from a PC Richard. You would get a much deeper discount. I live 45 minutes from woodbury commons as well. I have visited that store many times and feel their prices are not all that great.

i bought my 32xbr450 for $1049 at the outlet in Tracy CA
Lowest price anywhere else was $2000
A friend bought the 36xbr450 for $1200
No complaints...still cant find a better price
(A dealer accused me of lying when I told them the price- it's lower than their prices in otherwords)
