Sony KP65wv700 vs 600 (1 Viewer)

I have narrowed my search to these two models an no one seem to know the sig differences.
From the literature I have found the 700 offers these feature over the 600
Achromatic lens the literature preaches better color reproduction
Double A/R? coating vs single A/R coating high contrast screen
MID (multi image driver)
One sales guy told me the 700 also had a better power supply but his opinions are suspect for being opinions not facts

Any one know any thing else I am about to pull the trigger

Also I have a price of 3800 for the 700 and 3200 for the 600 includes delivery and set up.

Gary, I'm only posting this to let you know that there is plenty of bargaining area in the Sony sets. I haven't decided between the Sony and Hitachi but I had an authorized Detroit area dealer offer me the 65wv700 for $3250 + tax including delivery and set up in the area of my choice. I don't know where you live but if one dealer can do this I'm sure there are more. I know that Crazy Eddie has it $3199 but from what I've heard I wouldn't buy it there.

The only differences between the 600 & 700 are
1. The uniform brightness screen
2. Double A/R coating

I checked with Sony on the lenses, they are the same. I've seen on several occasions people quoting a lense difference. I've seen it on the onecall site. Maybe the misinformation is coming from that site???
