Can we stop referring everyone who asks a Sony HS10/20/30 question over to the Yahoo Groups forum? I'll be the first to admit that the Yahoo Groups HS10 forum is a great resource, but it's more difficult to navigate and slower than HTF. Ever since the HS10 forum has become popular, almost all of the HS10 threads over here on HTF end with "go see the Yahoo Groups forum."
If you don't feel like giving someone a direct answer to a question that hasn't already been answered on this forum, I'd suggest at least providing them a link to the answer on another forum instead of giving them the run-around. I'd bet most people will give up before searching multiple forums for a good answer.
Anyway, just my $0.02.
