It seems possible, if not likely, that at the very least a 4K streaming version will be made available by Sony at some point. But as with all physical media catalog titles these days, it’s such an uncertain market out there that it’s hard to say if the studio would do a disc and if it would be financially viable for them.

I think SILVERADO in 4k is a huge possibility. However, as noted above, it could go streaming only.

I sense a disturbance in the force whereas a lot of Sony 4k titles are going digital-only.

SONY - How about a 4K Release of Lawrence of Arabia and The Guns of Navarone ?

Again, I don't think it's a question of IF rather than WHEN.

These are all heavy-hitters for Sony. The best in their collection.

There is no way they will be overlooked for 4k.

The problem again is that there's been a disturbing trend where Sony is releasing some of its prime catalogs to 4k digital streaming and not a disc.

This Lawrence Kasdan western would look spectacular in 4K. Any takers?
Great cinematography on the Western side of American continent!
If it's just Lawrence Kasdan western flicks, i'll be very concern whether the DC of Wyatt Earp will be a splitter release?
If it's just Sony's Western flicks... don't forget about,

DiscFather is not a reliable source of disc release info, unfortunately. They post a lot of rumors and wishful thinking as "news."

Yeah don't post DiscFather unless its already been confirmed elsewhere. He's not a good guy.
