Hello,

A friend of mine purchased this projector from his place of business and needs to be able to get in and modify his convergence. He requires access to the service mode. Does anyone happen to know how to enter the service mode on this projector?

I used to own that projector. Getting into the service mode is not difficult. Press enter enter up down enter enter on the remote.
