I saw the commercial again and i could give more details.

* girl playing volleyball
* words from the song "living it up, yeah yeah yeah"
* at the end of the commercial some guy says ""When you can get everything in life, you win!"

A rough chronological sequence of the commercial:

1.) Guy Snowboarding (guitar riff starts)
2.) Hyundai Accent car shown ("living it up, yeah yeah yeah")
3.) People dancing in disco
4.) Hyundai Accent car shown again
5.) Girls playing volleyball
6.) Show car again
7.) People having outdoor lunch
8.) Commercial ends with car moving on road and with the phrase "When you can have everything in your car, and in life, you win!"

I don't think I've seen the commercial you're referring to, but the "Living it up, yeah yeah yeah" part sounds like "Go!" by Tones on Tail.

I'm probably waaaaayyy off, tho -- I don't recall ever hearing this song used in a commercial....
