Just got the laser disc of Song of the South, how do you disable the simaltaneous japnese language synch? Its very confusing to hear both the English dialogue alongside the Japanese.

On any LD player you should be able to switch between the audio channels. One language track is on the left (L) and the other on the right (R) both in mono, of course.

Never had to do this before, eh? [IMG]

    Lars is correct....

The english is on one channel / japanese on the other....

just toggle the audio channel selection and you'll be fine...

As for the japanese subtitles during the songs... nothing you can do there.

You know, I'm an idiot:b. I wasn't even paying attention, my kids were trying to watch it and grumbling. I came in to "fix it", but didn't pay attention to how the sound was being used.
    Thanks!
