    And screenwriters all over Hollywood are going: "Hmmmmm." At least the ones not remaking Asian horror or ransacking Hollywood classics.

    Eh, I see guys with Confederate America uniforms & emblems all the time, they've been clueless since 1865!

    This has happened a few times through the years since WWII, most famous being the story of Hiroo Onoda. I think the history channel did a show about him (or an episode of "history's mysteries") and he wrote a book called "No Surrender."

    Of course, there are 2 sides to every story... while Hiroo Onoda was consider a hero in Japan of the highest honor (not surrendering for like 30 years)-- he was considered a murderer to the Philippino villiages whom her terrorized for decades and is believed to have killed more than 50.

    But, an interesting story nonetheless.
