    Hello,All!

As my first post(hope it's in the right spot!),I have a question on cable repair.

My Ht setup is connected with Monster products(I know,I know!!!I bought before I knew of this forum.Luckily,I had a contact at Circuit City, and I got his cost!)I'm using Reference 2 and SuperVideo 3 interconnects...

My problem is with one of my S-video cables. The solder broke on one of the connections, and I don't have a warranty on the cable(sigh, cost of the hook-up!).

Is this something I can fix myself,or should I just get a new cable?
If so,what type of solder should I use?

    Thank you in advance.
    Randy
