Hi guys,
I'm selling these for a friend of mine who had to move and couldn't take them. Thought I'd post here first to fellow members instead of having to try CL.
Here's your chance to grab a pair of these vintage elusive speakers! Consecutive serial numbers, 11224 and 11225.
These are the famed JBL L250 in walnut finish. They are in very good condition with a few minor defects, see below.
Drivers (both cabinets):
Ultra High Frequency drivers are the original gold drivers and work perfectly, screens have a little black paint missing in spots.
High Frequency drivers work perfectly but dust caps are dented slightly, does not affect sound or sound quality. Includes original hard velcro strip on top.
Mid Woofers works perfectly, no damage.

Cabinets:
Top veneers have some water damage on the surface, does not go deep. It seems the first owner put a plant on top of each one without something to catch drips, moron. A little bumpy but not too noticeable, especially if you put a plant on top to hide it, oh wait, that's what started this. )
A few light scuffs on one side of one cabinet.
Bottoms have a few chips and scuffs, see pics, and a dab of white paint on the back of one, can be easily blacked out but I left it this way to show I'm not hiding anything.
Grills are original, not broken or torn. Original glue is starting to come loose in a couple of spots, easily fixable. New soft side velcros have been installed.
These are extremely heavy so this will be local pick up only here in Southern California!!! Delivery is an option but only after you see and audition them and we make a deal.
Asking $1800.00.
PM me for an appointment to see and audition them. They sound fantastic, I'm playing them as I write this!
