I had some software a while back that let me set all kinds of strange resolutions in windows. I can't remember what it was. Does anyone know of software that will let you do this. I need it for hooking my pc up to my hdtv.

    Thanks

    Think I found it...powerstrip!

PC Magazine just released its RapidRes utility, mentioned in the latest issue.

    Powerstrip, Powerstrip, Powerstrip!

Wow, I thought it was only like $30. For all the stuff it does, that's a steal!

But, it will run fully functioning without registering. The only issue with the unregistered version is you cannot turn off the "TIPS" display on startup, and the box stays on screen for 5 seconds before you can say OK.

Really, all in all, not too big of a deal.
