Is there any software out there that can go through a directory of mp3s and auto-tag them based on the acoustic properties of the song? If so, how's the accuracy? Thanks.

    What do you mean exactly?

MusicMatch has a feature called CCDB (I believe) that can help ID a full CD that you rip. That way you can tag the files with info that's already in the system (similar to DVD Profiler, if you've used that).
