Software for room/speaker layout (1 Viewer)

Am in the beginning stages of building a new house, and am looking for software that helps with speaker placement, or room design for proper sound.

I don't have the page bookmarked, but look through the threads and there is a link to an excel spreadsheet on one of the stereo mags that has it on their page.

I heard that there is a problem with that Stereophile Guide To Home Theater program as it limits you to one level of seating. It doesn't take into account risers and the effects on acoustics sitting at various levels.
