anyone know of any software that good for cleaning up music, ive got some music that has a lot of background noise

I use Cakewalk Pyro www.cakewalk.com . It has a great filter for LP record surface noise and scratches, I don't know how it works for cassette tape noise.

The "Wave Corrector" at www.wavecor.co.uk is also really good for cleaning up clicks and pops from vinyl. There is also a hiss remover with adjustable settings.
