i am very pleased with it. s how many hours do i have to play on it be fore it starts to sound better. i love its WAY better then the pw1000.i have only listened to about 1 hour of music.
    so my system is at
    fronts: mon 7
    center:cc270
    rears: micros
    sub: pw2200

    soon to be

    fronts:mon7
    center cc370
    rears: adp370
    subpw2200.
i dont think i will up grade to the studio series. i think this set up will last me for ever but a dual subwoofer will never hurt. [IMG]

Hi dajaga. Congrats on your sub. Regarding when will it start to sound better goes, I think the more attention you give to proper calibration and placement, the more you'll get out of it performance wise.

PW-2200 is a great sub. I have a very similar set-up as yours.

    Dajaga,

Congrats. on geting the 22! I can't believe someone bought something other than an SVS for a change. [IMG]
I have had mine for a couple of years. I haven't really noticed any difference in it during this time. I love it! It shakes my 20x13 room, proper.

I'll agree with Martice, proper placement will be the best thing to do.
