    Hi David:

The following is a brief description of what we plan to demonstrate:

Behind the Scenes At Chace Productions

A look at the technology and discussions with the technicians and engineers
in the world of sound preservation, restoration and remastering. The in
depth tour will cover the processes that are required for film soundtracks
to make it from the vault to DVD. Covered in the tour are demonstrations in
Film Prep, COSP (Chace Optical Sound Processor) transfer, Preservation
Transfer, NoNoise, Chace Digital Stereo and final mixing at the Rick Chace
Theatre. If time permits there will be an opportunity to discuss current
practices in optical recording and view the Cinerama® Sound Dubbing units.

Groups of 5 - 7 people will tour the facilities at Chace, concurrently, and
then convene at 10:45AM at the Rick Chace Theatre for playback of before and
after tracks restored for DVD along with discussions with James Young,
Technical Supervisor and Senior Restoration/Mixing Engineer. Jim's credits
include: Gone With the Wind, Wizard of Oz, Citizen Kane, Singin' in the
Rain, The Rocky Horror Picture Show and many many more.

The tours at Chace will be conducted by senior managers and restoration
