Snow white glitch (1 Viewer)

I have a sony dvp s3000 player and am experiencing a problem right at the end of chapter 11 and into the very begining of chapter 12. there is dialoge superimposed on the picture for approximately 15 seconds.I have exchanged disks 2 times and all 3 disks do the same thing at the same spot.I never had any problems like this before and I have hundreds of disks.I would like to know if anyone else is having this problem! Other than the problem the disk looks great.

"Dialogue superimposed on the picture"?
Do you mean, like, player-generated subtitles? Could be that your player is mis-reading the flags somewhere. I'd wander into an electronics store & see if it happens on other players. (I didn't notice this on my Toshiba.)
