Smallest Onkyo with phono-in? (1 Viewer)

Hi, I have a question. I have an older Onkyo TX-SR595 model, which has phono input. The size of this receiver (height) is almost 8".

I like the design and the performance of Onkyo and I wanted to get another receiver (newer model) with the following requirements:

- phono input
- component switching
- smaller height

Now I looked at the SR501 current model which is only 5.5" in height (would fit in the cabinet I want) but it seems the 500 models no longer have the phono input!!!

Can you guys recommend an older model (at most 1-2 year or so) from Onkyo that meets my requirements?

Are there any other alternatives?

PS. or is there a way to attach a turntable to the SR501 model through one of the other inputs???

Get a phono preamp. Many many makes and models in there, the cheapest being one you can pick up at Radio Shack.
