hello

i am stuck at the first apartment building...i need the right time to move the clock...and anyone tell me the right time(s) or where i can find clues?? so far heres what i found...

"Henry Mildred Scott"(scretch on the wall)

and

"Three different sizes, time on the run. three young men circlin' round the sun. henry is short and very,very slow, Scott can't stop/ he's always on the go."(on the note which was on phone table)

i have already tried FAQ's.com...and i couldnt find it there...
