Hey everyone, it seems like no matter how much sleep I get, I'm still tired. I usually go to sleep at 8:30 everynight and get up 4:45am in the morning for work, but I always have trouble getting up. The alarm goes off, but I usually fall asleep for another half hour, sometime being late for work. Today the alarm rang, i shut it off, and slept until 6:30. I was an hour late for work. On weekends, I sleep no shorter than 12 hours. Anyone else have this problem? I'd like to do other things besides sleep all day BTW, I'm just turning 21 years old, and am 5'11 and 130lbs.
