The Digital Bits and Amazon.com both show "Slap Shot: 25th Anniversary Special Edition" for release on 5/31. But the film is from 1977. Is this just a reissue of a 2002 release? Is there anything new or different on this release? I don't get it.

It is a re-issue of the 2002 version. I believe it is a price drop from $19.98 to $14.98 msrp.
