Size of speakers (1 Viewer)

I have a set of bose speakers with sub woofer that I have had for about 7 years, very good set. I have these connected to my pioneer receiver 501 that is about the same age. My issue is I am not able to get enough bass. What do I need to do? Could it be that the receiver is not putting out enough power? Is there a speaker to receiver ratio?

You have the Bose bass module?

If so, you do not have a real subwoofer. It cannot produce the lows at all (and there is nothing you can do to make it).

Do yourself a favor and search for BOSE on this and any other popular audio forum. You may be surprised....

I just realized you asked this same question before and it was answered. I know you don't want to hear it, but BOSE is not a good brand....
