Simple question about the thx ultimate demo dvd! (1 Viewer)

Hi all!I have been offered a thx ultimate demo dvd but I am not sure if it's an original.I would just like to ask whether the original disc is single or dual layered as I know dvd-r can only fit 4.7gb (single layer)

If anyone can tell me the exact size of the disk in bytes this would be very helpful.Thanks,jimbo!
