Yes, in common with most studios and independents, Shout! Factory do not ship outside of the domestic sales area themselves direct. So virtually all US producers will ship to US addresses or at the very most possibly to Canada as well, though even that is unusual
For international buyers, the only option is to use third party stores

Amazon has seven copies of the sixth Season. They´re offering them for 73 dollar each!
Are they crazy?
I´ve ordered Season 6 two weeks ago at amazon.marketplace. I bought Season 6 for 45 dollar.

7 weeks ago I bought the Season 6 from amazonmarketplace.
On April 20th the seller sent it to me. I haven´t got it, yet.
I´m pretty upset because it´s the first time that I didn´t get a shipment.
Over 6 weeks from the USA to Germany?
I wait till next Friday-then I´m going to write amazon an email and complain about it....
I suppose the shipment is gone.

Today I´ve finally received my package after waiting for 8 weeks.
I think that the picture quality is a bit better than the one of Season 5.
I´m really satisfied with the English sound. It sounds great.

Today I received Season 7. I paid 100 dollars(86 dollars+13 dollars custom) for 16 episode. I had to buy it from amazon.marketplace because Scout Factory doesn´t ship to Europe. I know that´s crazy but I wanted to have the complete series.
That´s the reason why I paid such a ridiculous prize.
Now I wait till they´ll release the rest of the 14 episodes(Season 8). Hopefully not for another 100 dollar
