I understand many like the signature concept, but is there any chance of limiting them to text only and only a certain length??
Many people have large graphics in their sigs, and reading a thread with many of their posts is downright annoying.
Am I the lone person with this issue? [IMG]

Hmm. It would be good if the default option was to turn a sig off in a reply after you'd posted once in a thread. I don't mind the graphics the first time but when you get a rash of replies it gets a bit much, I'll agree.

You do realize Paul that you can turn off the displaying of signatures?
Go to the User Control panel and explore... [IMG]

I think it is perfect for you. Especially as much time as you spend on building the next speaker or sub.

Is it just me? Or does Nathan look like a young Sean Penn?

I try to keep my sig small but even that can be annoying if I have multiple posts in a thread. Sometimes I turn the sig off before I post it.

One of the reasons I got rid of my Spider-Man sig. I felt it was to big. The one I currently use I hope will be helpful to the membership and I made it short in height.

The first pic tells people what program they could use to keep track of their collections (then of course they can view mine).

The second pic is because someone is always asking where to find replacement cases. The link will give them an option as to where to get them.

I added The Flag picture because it looked boring without it and I made the link in rememberance of the fallen victims of 9-11.

    Hey all,
I've been searching and searching the forum on how to insert a picture. I can't figure it out. [IMG] I'm sorry to post it here, and it's very off topic, but the test section is not providing any help.
When I click on the IMG button, it simply gives me an option to insert text between IMG tags...
What do I insert between these tags? The link to the image? The image title?
Could someone give me an example, for instance, if I have a simple .gif sitting on my desktop, how I would place it in a post?

Yes, it is a good thing..
    Hmm..
I've got to figure a way to fix-up my picture..
Philip made me downsize it and it came out all blurry.
    Do I look fat?

Pat Sun scrayed the hale out of me two.
And, Nathan, it's nice to see the face that goes with the provocative voice! [IMG]
Also, can it be written into the software that my sig cannot be switched off? [IMG]

    Joseph,

Your pic-file on your desktop first has to go to the Internet, e.g. on your own site, or wherever.

Not on a place where the WSP prohibits linkage to it.

Then, indeed, you can enter the link between those tags. Don't forget the "http://" part.

    I suppose I don't look fat anymore?!?!?
