Signal fading? (1 Viewer)

I have a Sony KDL-46v2500 and being located close to Detroit I'm able to receive several Over the Air channels. However, a couple of the channels are fading in and out. I have a rotor antenna located in the attic and I'm wondering if there is a way of boosting the signal. Any ideas?

Move the antenna outside. The attic attenuates the signal. Move the antenna higher, that always helps. Get an antenna with a stronger gain. Get a pre-amp.

How far away from the transmitters are you? What kind of antenna are you using? Which channels are giving you trouble (not the station numbers but the actual broadcast frequency)?

Do you know the Make and Model # of you antenna?

How long is the cable run from the antenna to the tv?

Are you using RG6 Cable?
