Should the 57H82 show major motion artifacts? (1 Viewer)

I've about settled on the Toshiba 57H82, and was checking it out again at (worst)buy today. They have a HDTV feed going into it (component vid) and were showing a LOTR 2 trailer. Every time there was a lot of motion on the screen, it would go crazy with motion artifacts and pixilization. Is this normal? Or is there something to turn off to stop this? I messed with the settings a little(set to Full, Movie picture, autocontrast off and lowered the contrast. DNR and flesh tone were on tho.) They didn't play another high motion clip before I gave up and left so didn't see how much a difference it made...

Any thoughts?
