I have a JBL pb12 and a Infinity Subwoofer that are very similar in size. For the past few months ive had them stacked (ie) one on top of the other and i like it this way, but i havent tried any other way. They are both in the back corner, the only place i can place them cuz the other corners have openings and are too close to the tv and equipment cabinet. Should i try putting them side x side or spacing them out a bit, or is stacked the best way.

Stacked or side by side would be best. The closer the drivers are to each other the less chance of phase problems and the closer you will get to the ideal 6dB boast that should result from a pair of identical subs.
