Just saw a set of the Alfred Hitchcock Criterion movies (5) for $110, good deal or no?

Criterion MSRP is at least $40 each, so that's $200. Plus several of the Hitchcock titles are out of print. So I'd say it's probably a good deal.

There are only five Hitchcock titles listed at Criterion, so I assume you're getting them all. The last three listed are out of print:

-The 39 Steps
-The Lady Vanishes
-Notorious (Out of Print)
-Rebecca (Out of Print)
-Spellbound (Out of Print)

Wow, the price of this set has really gone up. The cheapest price found via www.dvdpricesearch.com was $97 from the Canadian site DVD Box Office (never ordered from them before). Every other site was more than the $110 you found, Bryan. I paid $82 for the set when it first came out. It must be because some of the titles are out of print.

It's a great collection of films, and the transfers are very good.
