Should I buy the Toshiba 55H70? (1 Viewer)

Hey everyone. I'm new to the projection TV genre so I decided to query y'all before commiting $2500 hard earned bucks. I'm moving to another townhouse shortly and my 32" TV just doesn't do it in a huge finished basement, so I decided to search for a projection TV. After doing some basic research, I have tentatively decided on the Toshiba 55H70, which is on sale for $2499 shipped from Amazon (I don't want a widescreen set, as I only watch DVDs only 25% of the time. Also, this set does the anamorphic squeeze). Any thoughts or impressions from owners? Is there a better choice out there for the same money? Thanks in advance.

The TV does not do the 16:9 squeeze for DVD's.
IT only displays HDTV in 1080i in a 16:9 window as it should.
