Is there a shortage this year, or is it just New Jersey that is experiencing one? We must have gone to about 4 different places today. The first one has the wrong type of tree(well, for us anyway), and the ones they did have where all mis shapen and small.

The second had a bunch of trees, but they where too thin and small as well. The third only had FIVE trees left, and they looked horrible. The fourth place looked more normal, with a better selection of trees and we finally found a decent one there for about $25's.

Anyone else finding the same situation?

That's advantage of having a fake tree. Plus the money you end up saving, not feeling bad about having real trees, not having to clean up the mess, not having to water it, etc.

Don't feel bad about having a real tree for a Christmas tree. People grow Christmas trees to sell like any other crop such as corn or wheat.
