Is the Short Circut DVD that came out on February 03, 2004 just a reprinting of the long OOP one from 2000 or is an all new release?

I would like to know as well.

A quick search on this forum seemed to indicate that the previous release was non-anamorphic.

I would like to know if this new release is a new transfer, or at least ananmorphic.

I would also like to hear anyone's comments on picture/sound quality.

Anyone?
