The Good Guys B&M have a $25 mail in rebate on all DVD players that is good thru 12/24.
The Sharp DV-S2U with Faroudja DCDi is on clearance for $69 + tx - $25 rebate equals about $50.

I have one of these and they are an excellent player in progressive mode, its pretty bare bones and built cheaply but the picture quality is good, as good as my old Panasonic RP-62 and the Denon DVD-1600 I tried out.

Also I forgot to mention that I picked up a Philips DVD-727 for $79 + tx - $25 rebate = around $60 ...this is a decent player that can easily be turned into an all region player with just a few clicks on the remote.
