Sharp Portable DVD Players ? (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone,

I've seen the Sharp DVL80U portable DVD players going for around $400.00 and thought that was a pretty good price for a 8" screen model.

Anyone have one, and care to comment on the picture and sound quality with headphones? How does it compare to the Panasonic or Pioneer that I've read good reviews on. Also does the battery last longer than 2 hrs? No dealers in my area so I'd be buying sight un-seen.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have a panasonic portable 5 inch. I have noticed that the bigger the LCD screen the poorer the video quality. Not sure why that is? Any comments?
