What is a good sharing/ripping program out there now-a-days for music? I would like something that can play on WINAMP, but doesn't have too...

EAC (Exact Audio Copy) for ripping.
LAME for encoding to lossy MP3 (Razor LAME for the Windows front end)
OGG Vorbis is also a lossy algorithm but is cleaner sounding than MP3.
Monkey Audio is lossless compression, which I sometimes use.
As for sharing, well there are a bunch of N*pster clones - just search on the web.
