I've read a few places and saw that to get a full 480 lines of resolution you should set your dvd to 4:3 nrml and set your tv to wide.Is this correct?I'm trying to get the most out of my system. My tv is a samsung sp-55w3hf and my dvd player is a toshiba sd-2800.Any help would be cool.thanks

Vincent,
If you set the dvd player to any 4/3 mode it will throw away every 4th scanline when playing anamorphic dvds.

To get the best picture on a widescreen set always set the dvd player to 16/9 mode, tv set to "full."
