setting a dolby digital receiver to a dvd player (1 Viewer)

ok i have a denon avr-3200 receiver and a toshiba. avp-4700 dvd player i have them set up to the 6 ch. ext. input on the receiver now does anyone know what do i do with the dvd player what do i do with the dvd player so that it plays dolby digital when i play a dvd. Don,

Most DVDs have only Dolby Digital sound, and that's what you'll get. On those that offer other formats (typically, DTS), just select the Dolby Digital track from the disc's menu.
